Due to the nature of press-on nails and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error. If this happens, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at email: Contact@pressednailsempire.com with photos of the issue.

5. Sizing Disclaimer

Please ensure your sizing is accurate before placing an order. We recommend using our Sizing Kit prior to custom orders. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes submitted by customers.

6. Custom Orders

All custom orders require full payment before production. Please allow additional time for custom design work. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
